Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. (Hidden) use of CCTV
Starting point for the use of CCT is that it will be used in plain sight. Only in very rare occasions we will use CCTV with cameras that are not places in plain sight. This will be used only when there is a strong possibility that theft, (internal) fraud or the commiting of a criminal offent is taken place on the premises of E.van Wijk Logistics/Ryano Logistics. Also the intention of having, dealing or using drugs or (sexual) harresment will give the company the right of using hidden CCTV.
The use of hidden CCTV wil only be done in a way that it will harm the privacy of the visitors or employees of E van Wijk Logistics or Ryano Logistics in the least possible way. The use of hidden CCTV will be limited in time and will never be on a permant base.
If the use of CCTV will be for a longer period of time, E. van Wijk Logistics or Ryano Logistics will use a data protection impact assesment ( DPIA). If the DPIA gives any reasons E.van Wijk Logistic or Ryano Logistics will contact the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Only after the approval of the board of directors the use of hidden CCTV is allowed.
After the use of hidden CCTV and if the nessicity of the use of hidden CCTV no longer occurs, all possible parties that were involved will be informed of the use of hidden CCTV.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
E. van Wijk Logisitcs does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. E. van Wijk Logisitcs remains responsible for these processing operations.
